My work has always been about connection — connection to our animals, to nature, and to our own innate ability to heal. In animal communication, I’ve seen time and again how our wellbeing affects our animals’ wellbeing. When we are vibrant, balanced, and clear, our animals often reflect that same harmony back to us.

During my own healing journey, I discovered Essiac tea — a traditional herbal blend that has been used for decades to gently cleanse, nourish, and support the body. It became a daily ritual that helped me restore my energy and clarity, which in turn deepened my connection with the animals I work with.
