What’s Included:
Fortnightly live Zoom sessions – a guided meditation space for you and your animals, led by me (Rachel), followed by space for open chat, sharing, and support on whatever’s coming up in your journey.
Live calls:
Tuesdays at 12:00 PM (GMT)
Thursdays at 7:30 PM (GMT)
Can’t make it live? No problem—all sessions are recorded and uploaded to the app so you can catch up anytime, in your own rhythm.
